All goods sold are non-refundable.
For damaged items upon received, please notify us immediately.
Kindly make sure the items are in the same condition you received them. We will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
All products are checked twice for no prominent defects before packed for shipping.
We will not accept:
- If any items have been mistreated with unreasonable abuse.
- If you feel the product is not suitable.
- If your goods/product has quality problems with the above please contact us within 5 working days of received of goods/product date together with pictures of the defect good(s).
